Rebranding yourself  can be suicidal. Changing your blog name? Just as bad. So it’s with some mixed feelings that I launch my new site. Cobblestone Streets saw me through many milestones… We had a good run, CS and I. But when I went to purchase the domain name it was (obviously) taken. (Even worse? It wasn’t being used…)

I knew I needed a .com in order to launch a bigger blog and grow my business. Using my full name as a business name made me feel uncomfortable. Having people be able to find me via Google terrified me. I’ve resisted sharing my blog on facebook because I was embarrassed… Self promotion makes me feel anxious. It’s just not me.

But after some persuasion (almost a year of people telling me to make this more public and not to be bashful) I decided to take the leap… I’ve changed my twitter handle, bought a .com and will now be promoting the shit out of my blog. And why shouldn’t I?

My name is Brianna Greer Entler. I am a travel and lifestyle writer. This is my blog.

So why The Piccadilly Line? Well, I’m saving that for my next post. So, until tomorrow, lovelies. xoxo

What so you think about rebranding? Have you ever done it? What do you think about self-promotion?
